In-N-Out Burgers, Inc. in Chino, CA is seeking a full-time Spread Room Operator to operate packaging equipment, stack cases, and perform sanitation tasks in a temperature-controlled facility.

The role requires availability for rotating shifts (3AM-1:30PM, 1PM-11:30PM, 8PM-6:30AM) and Monday-Thursday workdays, with weekend/holiday call as needed. Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Spread Room Operator in our Chino, CA production facility.

General Responsibilities:

• Manual stacking of cases
• Operating packaging equipment to build pallets
• Cleaning and sanitation work
• Constructing edible product
• Other activities as directed by the supervisor
• Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
• Starting Pay: $24.75-$27.00 per hour to start DOE
• Work Days: Monday- Thursday
• Must be available to work the following shifts which will rotate every 8 weeks:
• 1st Shift (3AM-1:30PM)
• 2nd Shift (1PM-11:30PM)
• 3rd Shift (8PM-6:30AM)
• Department needs call for weekend and holiday scheduling

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)
• Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughnessStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner

Physical Demands/Requirements:

• Ability to withstand prolonged work assignments in temperatures as low as 35 degrees Fahrenheit and stand for up to eight (10) hours on a continuous basis
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
