Job summary

RHF is seeking a dedicated finisher at Century Classic Plant 12 in Conover, NC to apply final coats of stain, lacquer, and other finishes on furniture. This full-time role involves following work orders, spraying finishes on products, and adhering to the finish schedule from start to finish.

The candidate should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and comply with all safety policies. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior finishing experience is a plus for this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous finishing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the work order for the finish that is required on the product
• Uses a spray gun to apply finish to products
• Takes the finish schedule and color panel and follows the process from start to finish
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned
