Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Spray Technician to join the spray crew and take direction from the Chem Spray Manager while guiding other crew members as needed.

The position focuses on spray applications, safety, and precise execution of tasks, with a requirement for English and Spanish communication. It is a full-time, on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Summary

• The Spray Technician is a member of the spray crew who reports to and takes direction from the Chem Spray Manager and provides instruction to other members of the spray crew.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Spray application of chemicals
• Possess an awareness of and commit to Chemical Safety
• Follow through on assigned tasks
• Follow instructions accurately

Education And Experience

• Must have prior experience with chemical/pesticide spraying
• Experience mixing chemicals is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plant material
• Able to communicate in English & Spanish – oral and written

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day

Work Environment

• Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
• Work near or about natural bodies of water
• Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods

Compensation Pay Range

$26-$35/hour depending on experience
