Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Naples, FL, seeks a Spray Technician to join the spray crew. The role reports to the Chem Spray Manager and may provide instruction to other crew members.

You will apply chemicals and ensure chemical safety, following directions precisely and completing tasks as assigned. English/Spanish communication is required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long days in heat and sun.

Qualifications

• Has or can obtain a QAL.
• Basic knowledge of plant material.
• Able to communicate in English & Spanish – oral and written.

Responsibilities

Education And Experience

Physical Demands/Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day

Work Environment

• Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
• Work near or about natural bodies of water
• Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
• Ability to work in extreme conditions – temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods
