Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing environment.

• May be exposed to high noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal units or parts to form water heater components or sub-assemblies using hand tools, air-powered tools, and/or jigs.
• Use repetitive motions to assemble parts with nuts, bolts and screws.
• Make common sense adjustments to ensure proper positioning of parts or tools.
• Reject faulty parts when necessary based on inspection.
• May be assigned to various positions as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain production pace and work accurately throughout shift.
• Occasionally lift 5-25 lbs, sustain longer periods of standing, walking, stooping and kneeling.
• Potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles; work near moving mechanical parts; possible wet/humid conditions.
