Job description

Gain experience through on-the-job training as a Spray Machine Operator!

Starting pay is $23.21 per hour

Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM

What you’ll do:

1. Monitor the performance of the spray system; make adjustments to ensure proper film weights, distribution, and appearance.
2. Perform minor maintenance on spray machine pumps, guns, and related equipment.
3. Handle hazardous materials and wastes safely.
4. Report recurring equipment malfunctions and quality issues to Supervisors.
5. Perform quality checks and adjust machines as needed.
6. Be competent in basic SPC, Gainseeker, Protraq, and interpretation of SPC charts.
7. Document out-of-gate/spec conditions and react accordingly; record material usage as required.

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
