Job summary

Toys for Trucks, Inc. is seeking a hands-on installer to deliver expert product installations for aftermarket vehicle accessories. You will prepare vehicles, apply coatings, and support booth and inventory maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hands-on, and able to lift heavy items, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on mechanical ability with a focus on prep and installation.
  • Strong manual dexterity for precise bedliner prep and coatings.
  • Good attendance, reliability and self-motivation.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, stand long periods, and position under vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license required.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities

Expert Product Installations: Providing professional installation services for spray on bedliners. Prepare vehicles for spray application, including drying, cleaning, debris removal, obstruction removal, lining, taping, papering, and sanding beds. Apply spray coatings to vehicles according to specifications. Assisting with a wide range of other aftermarket accessories installations, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.

Exceptional Customer Service: Delivering outstanding support and building lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations at every interaction.

Stellar Booth Prep & Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of the spray booth, equipment, and filters after each application as well as on a weekly basis. Conduct daily maintenance and checks of spray equipment, perform repairs as needed, and manage replacement part inventory. Prepare machines and equipment for the following day's operations.

Proactive Inventory Management: Implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels of spray materials, tape, and paper, and ensure proper storage of incoming stock.
