Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in spray foam insulation or related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete spray foam certification/training.

Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to residential and commercial job sites.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools.
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application.
• Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application.
• Perform trim work, shaving, and finishing of cured foam to meet project specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE, respirators, and protective gear.
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times.

This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to residential and commercial job sites
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application

Requirements:

• Prior 5-10 years experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade is a requirement
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to learn and complete spray foam certification/training if not already certified
