iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled Spray Foam Technician to join our Bentonville team. You will apply SPF insulation to residential and commercial sites, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure quality workmanship with a focus on safety.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work in confined spaces, and a driver’s license. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of our team‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in spray foam insulation or related trades.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to obtain spray foam certification/training.

Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell SPF insulation on residential and commercial sites.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment and rigs.
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering and protecting surfaces.
• Ensure correct mixing ratios, temperatures and pressures.
• Perform trim, shaving and finishing of cured foam.
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and respirators.
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.

About the Role

iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is looking for a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Technician to join our growing team in Bentonville, AR. This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high‑quality insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to residential and commercial job sites
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application
• Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application
• Perform trim work, shaving, and finishing of cured foam to meet project specifications
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE, respirators, and protective gear
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to learn and complete spray foam certification/training if not already certified
