As a Foam Sprayer Technician, you will be responsible for leading the installation of spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings, overseeing spray foam equipment operations, ensuring high‑quality work, and managing a team of technicians to achieve project goals efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work as a spray foam technician to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct thorough site surveys to prepare for installation, including protecting surrounding areas from overspray.
• Apply spray foam insulation according to specifications, ensuring airtight seals and meeting quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑job inspections to ensure quality and address customer concerns.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
• Complete daily job sheets and reports, documenting work performed and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
