iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a skilled Spray Foam Technician to join our growing Bentonville team. This hands-on role delivers high-quality SPF insulation for residential and commercial projects, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will operate and maintain spray foam equipment, prepare job sites, and complete trimming and finishing to spec while following all safety protocols. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell SPF insulation to residential and commercial job sites.
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools.
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application.
• Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application.
• Perform trim work, shaving, and finishing of cured foam to meet project specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and respirators.
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times.

Responsibilities

• Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to residential and commercial job sites
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools
• Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application
• Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application
• Perform trim work, shaving, and finishing of cured foam to meet project specifications
• Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE, respirators, and protective gear
• Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on‑site
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to learn and complete spray foam certification/training if not already certified

Compensation: $1,200.00 per week
