IBP in Indian Trail, North Carolina, seeks dedicated individuals to join their insulation installation crew. As part of a small team, you will load materials, install insulation in various environments, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on work in a range of conditions.
Successful candidates are reliable, coachable, and able to perform physical tasks. Training will be provided for the right individuals with a commitment to a successful job completion.
You'll start early, usually meeting at the shop or sometimes heading directly to the jobsite. After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll prepare the jobsite to safely install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You'll work in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment. You'll work until the job is done and then head home.
You'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed.
This is active, hands‑on work. You'll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
