Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a FULL-TIME Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator to support our retail stores. You will work closely with customers to determine needs, answer questions, and recommend repair solutions while ensuring high client satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include repairing spray equipment at store or customer sites, educating staff and customers, and maintaining spray part inventory. A valid driver’s license and bilingual ability are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on spray equipment at the store or at customers' sites.
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
• Educate customers and employees on spray equipment usage.
• Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locate out-of-stock items.
