Formación

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, allergens, and quality processes.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work with PPE/respirator.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Effective communication to report safety/quality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Follow batching instructions to weigh and transfer ingredients.
• Operate spray dry equipment, liquid reactors, piping, and related parts.
• Monitor temperatures, viscosity, and batch quality throughout production.
• Sample finished mixes and coordinate with the laboratory for testing.
• Complete batch sheets, documentation, and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain sanitary standards through CIP and proper material handling.
• Lift heavy drums, work overtime when required.
