Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances is seeking a Production Operator in South Brunswick, NJ. You will prepare flavor batches in the Spray Dry department, analyze data from equipment, and ensure proper packaging and back flushing to keep inventory accurate.

The role includes shift work on 2nd or 3rd swing shifts and potential overtime. Responsibilities include following shop floor papers, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining sanitation and GMP/HACCP standards while supporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares batches according to shop floor paper instructions.
• Reads, collects, and analyzes analytical data from spray dryer and equipment.
• Backflushes materials to maintain inventory accuracy after batch completion.
• Operates electric and/or gas sit down and electric reach trucks as required.
• Maintains GMP/HACCP compliance and sanitation standards in the work area.
• Pushes/pulls 400 lb drums and lifts 100 lb bags as needed.
• Cross-checks information on ZFIS against customer orders for packaging.
• Participates in Cross-Training Program and works unsupervised as needed.
