Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Production Operator I for the South Brunswick, NJ facility. You will prepare batches in the Spray Dry department, read data from equipment, and ensure timely backflushing for inventory accuracy. This role requires shift flexibility, cross-training participation, and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.

You will operate forklifts, manage packaging accuracy, and uphold sanitation while supporting a team-focused environment on the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math proficiencies.
• Forklift/Truck Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare batches according to shop floor instructions and schedule.
• Read, collect, and analyze data from spray dryer and equipment.
• Backflush materials to maintain inventory accuracy post-batch.
• Operate forklifts to move drums and bags as required.
• Ensure proper packaging and quantity per customer orders; maintain sanitation.
