IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences. As Production Operator you will be responsible for preparing process-based flavor batches in the Spray Dry department and ensuring proper packaging and back flushing of material, on the 2nd or 3rd shift in South Brunswick, NJ.

This role requires GMP/HACCP knowledge and SAP/Excel skills; you must be able to lift heavy drums and work unsupervised on off-shifts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Forklift/Truck Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares batches according to shop floor paper instructions.
• Read, collect, and analyze analytical data from spray dryer and other equipment.
• Utilize analytical lab equipment such as particle size analyzer, pH meter, Ro-Tap, etc.
• Upon completion of batches, ensures timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operates electric and/or gas sit down and electric reach trucks as required.
• Good working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SAP, Excel, inventory control and sanitation.
• Push/pull 400 pound drums and lift 100 pound bags as required.
• Compare information on ZFIS to ensure proper packaging and material against customer orders.
• Must participate in Cross-Training Program.
• Able to work unsupervised and handle off-shift scenarios.
