Job summary

Carbery Group seeks a Spray Dry Packing Operator I for the 3rd shift at its Wauconda, IL facility. You will pack production batches, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards to produce high-quality flavors and ingredients.

You will record data, follow CIP and cleaning guidelines, and work with teams to maintain efficiency and traceability in a fast-paced environment. An equal opportunity employer, the group emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Consume required materials using RF scanner and accurately report batch quantities.
• Must have attention to detail and can perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously when necessary.
• Must follow safety requirements, forklift policy and wear PPE.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate when something is wrong and to recognize and report the problem.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow operational and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to learn and consistently complete required documentation and record-keeping requirements.

Starting Salary : $17.00/HR + $1.50 Shift Differential + $1K Sign on Bonus

Monday - Thursday 9p-7:30a (4 day - 10 Hour shift)

The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
