Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is hiring Spot Welders/Assemblers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Merrifield, MN. In this hands-on role, you'll operate spot welding and assembly equipment to attach hardware and components to metal stamped parts while ensuring every piece meets our high-quality standards.

You'll inspect your work, follow production schedules, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
• Previous welding, assembly, or machine operator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components according to production specifications.
• Set up and configure welding and assembly jobs with guidance as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and replace worn electrodes or tips.
• Inspect parts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
• Record production and welding activity in the ERP system.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
