Qualifications

• Six to twelve months of relevant or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand product inspection requirements.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn the NAV system.

Responsibilities

• Operate spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components to metal stamped parts.
• Learn to set up and configure new and recurring welding and assembly jobs.
• Follow production orders and print specifications to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and the IPIP inspection process.
• Monitor weld quality and verify hardware alignment.
• Record production information and clock in/out using the NAV system.
