Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Ticket Writer - Sportsbook to manage a cash drawer, process sportsbook wagers, and pay winnings while delivering superior guest service. You will explain betting options, handle parlay cards, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end, reporting to the Supervisor - Sportsbook or higher.

The role requires staying informed on wagers, maintaining accuracy, and upholding security for company assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or must enroll and complete a GED within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time in proper uniform.
• Promotes company service standards at all times.
• Accurately write and pay valid sportsbook tickets.
• Operate the wagering terminal and perform machine maintenance.
• Explain wagering information to guests clearly.
• Understand wagers offered on the betting board and explain to customers.
