Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in Reno operates retail sportsbooks and is looking for a customer-focused team member. You will be the face of our retail operation, delivering a high level of service to both regulars and novice bettors, helping them make informed, responsible wagering decisions.

You will become familiar with our betting options and engage customers in conversations about those options while ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming control board standards.
