The Managing Partner leads sales, guest satisfaction and cost control, acting as the face of the business and developing a strong team. The role requires an entrepreneurial leader with 5+ years in restaurant/nightclub management, a passion for teaching others, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, accomplished leader with proven performance in entertainment, food, beverage concepts.
• 5+ years’ experience in restaurant/nightclub management; multi-unit management a plus.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Capable of drafting professional written communication to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through sales-building, group sales and VIP outreach.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, marketing and promotions.
• Be present in the venue during peak revenue periods and major events.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and a high-quality guest experience.
• Recruit, interview and hire management and frontline staff.
• Control costs, manage inventory, labor and P&L performance.
• Maintain safety, compliance and proper facility standards.
