Job summary

FloSports in Austin, TX is seeking a Social Media Designer to elevate how our sports stories appear across social and digital platforms. This role partners with Content to translate stories into compelling visuals, while Creative guides brand direction, standards, and mentorship.

You'll craft daily social assets, build reusable templates and design systems, and evolve the FloSports brand across multiple sports.

Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for social media in fast-paced environments (sports/entertainment ideal).
Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; motion design experience a plus.
Knowledge of how to optimize content across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
Ability to work quickly with multiple requests without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, social-first graphics for major platforms.
Design thumbnails, breaking-news graphics, and athlete/event storytelling visuals.
Collaborate with Content teams to turn stories into visuals.
Build scalable templates, toolkits, and design systems.
Own visual approach for recurring content formats across FloSports.
Stay current on sports culture and platform trends.
