FloSports in Austin, TX seeks a Social Media Designer to elevate how sports stories and athletes appear across social platforms. You will create daily social assets, build scalable templates, and evolve FloSports’ brand visually across multiple verticals.

You will collaborate with Content and Creative teams, focusing on fast-paced delivery, on-brand visuals, and innovative formats to engage fans and grow our social presence.

Formación

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and brand thinking.
• Experience designing for social media, digital content, sports, entertainment, media, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Experience with motion/content creation tools is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality, social-first graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Design thumbnails, breaking-news graphics, athlete and event storytelling, stats, rankings, results, promotional content, and other day-to-day social assets.
• Partner closely with Content teams to turn stories and moments into compelling visuals.
• Build scalable templates, toolkits, and design systems for efficient, on-brand content creation.
• Own and evolve visual approaches for recurring content across FloSports verticals.
• Translate brand standards into practical social-ready design solutions.
• Maintain typography, color, logo usage, composition, and quality across assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing social formats beyond legacy templates.
• Experiment with new visual styles, motion, AI tools, and techniques to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, producers, social leads, and content creators.
• Balance speed with craft, knowing when to ship quickly versus elevate for moments.
• Stay current on sports culture and platform design trends.
