Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking and at heights with ladder or platform.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards and follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
