In this role, you greet customers, understand their needs, uphold merchandising standards, promote loyalty programs, and support a safe, inclusive store environment. You will collaborate with teammates and take pride in accurate presentation and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs.
• Support shopping experience with in-depth product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising, floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote programs like loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support team across the store and perform tasks assigned by management.
