Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures and protect confidential company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment and support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
