Alliance Performance offers a part-time internship focused on organizing and uploading performance testing data for coaches, clinicians, and clients. You will help structure datasets, ensure accuracy, and support longitudinal reporting in a healthcare/athletic setting.

This internship is ideal for a graduate student or aspiring clinician/scientist who is passionate about human performance, exercise physiology, and data analytics.
The intern will play a critical role in organizing, structuring, and uploading performance testing data into a consumable platform used by coaches, clinicians, and clients. This role directly contributes to how we monitor progress, measure outcomes, and improve performance over time.
You will work closely with performance specialists and clinical teams to ensure testing data is accurate, organized, meaningful, and actionable.
This is an onsite role (10–20 hours weekly) with exposure to real-world performance science in a healthcare and athletic environment.
