Alliance Health Systems is seeking a Sports Performance Analytics Intern for its Alliance Performance division in Fair Lawn, NJ. This onsite, part-time internship (10–20 hours per week) focuses on organizing and analyzing performance data to support coaching and clinical decisions.

The role is ideal for graduate students in Exercise Physiology or related fields who are passionate about human performance, data analytics, and applying science in practical settings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular and metabolic systems, energy systems, VO2 concepts, and biomechanics.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Organize, structure, and upload 50–100 weekly performance assessments into reporting platforms.
• Maintain monthly retesting data for returning clients in a longitudinal view.
• Ensure data is clean, standardized, and consumable for coaches and clinicians.
• Collaborate with coaches and clinicians to ensure accurate documentation and data flow.
