Job summary

Chicken N Pickle in San Antonio is seeking a Sports Programs Coordinator to build relationships with youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional sports communities. You will drive engagement and brand awareness by partnering with local organizations, schools, clubs, and community partners.

This role requires frequent travel to support multiple locations, strong communication, and outstanding organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or field marketing.
• Understanding of youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional sports.
• Experience in sports as athlete, coach, volunteer, or partner is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, networking, sales and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with youth sports organizations, athletic directors, coaches, club leaders, sports complexes, and community partners.
• Develop partnerships that position Chicken N Pickle as the post-game destination for teams, families, and fans.
• Coordinate sponsorships, fundraising, community events, and promotional programs to increase local engagement.
• Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns supporting tournaments, leagues, and community events.
• Manage group reservations and serve as the primary contact for team events.
• Represent Chicken N Pickle at sporting events, tournaments, and community functions to strengthen local partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities to expand community involvement and guest traffic.
