Chicken N Pickle is seeking a Sports Program Coordinator to establish the brand as the go-to destination for youth, amateur, collegiate, and professional sports communities. You will build meaningful relationships with local sports organizations, schools, athletic departments, clubs, and community partners to drive engagement and create memorable post-game experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or field marketing.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with sponsors and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with youth sports organizations, athletic directors, coaches, club leaders, sports complexes, and community partners.
• Develop partnerships that position Chicken N Pickle as the preferred post-game destination for teams, families, and fans.
• Coordinate sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, community events, and promotional programs that increase local engagement.
• Partner with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns supporting tournaments, leagues, and community events.
• Manage group reservations and serve as the primary contact for team and organization events.
• Represent Chicken N Pickle at sporting events, tournaments, and community functions to strengthen local partnerships.
• Identify new opportunities to expand community involvement and increase guest traffic.
