Job summary

Unlimited Sports Solutions is seeking individuals to manufacture and prepare high-quality sports padding used in athletic facilities nationwide. You’ll build, assemble, and finish padding, learn new skills, and contribute to a team that values grit and integrity.

Responsibilities include loading, shipping support, and maintaining a safe work area. Training is available for those with the right attitude, and some travel may be required to support projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Basic construction or fabrication knowledge.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with overtime, weekends, and 8–12 hour shifts.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Building and assembling athletic padding.
• Painting and finishing products.
• Using basic hand and power tools.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Operating a forklift.
• Assisting with shipping and production.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Traveling when needed to support projects.
• Staying productive while working independently.
