Job summary

Start Club is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Retail Sales & Marketing role in a retail setting in California. You will engage customers face-to-face, educate them about products and services, support promotions, and help connect customers with suitable options.

You'll receive hands-on training and coaching to strengthen communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills while working toward personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
