Role Description

The Retail Salesperson at start club is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. In this position, the Retail Salesperson will engage with customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, present product options, and guide them through purchase decisions. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, demonstrating features and benefits, and ensuring displays are organized and visually appealing. The role also involves processing transactions accurately, handling questions or concerns, and providing attentive customer service that reflects the brand's focus on real-world connection. The Retail Salesperson will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, support promotional initiatives, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven store culture.
