Job summary

Delval seeks a Student Worker in Sports Information to support game day operations, live broadcasts, statistics, writing, photography, and social media. You will contribute to MACTV and DVUSN broadcasts and help produce content for athletic sites.

The role is for currently enrolled Delaware Valley University students, with duties including interviews, photos, writing previews/recaps, and updating historical records. On-site work in Doylestown, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• Student worker role at Delaware Valley University.
• Duties include sports communications tasks and content creation.
• Student must be enrolled and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with game day operations and live broadcasts.
• Input and announce live statistics and color commentary.
• Record and publish photography and website content.
• Create and manage social media posts related to events.
• Update athletics records and history books.
• Conduct interviews with coaches and athletes.
• Assist with public address announcements.
• Complete at least one office hour per week.
• Other duties as assigned.
