Job summary

On Location is seeking a Coordinator, Sports Experiences to manage hotel reservations for large-volume events and negotiate contracts with properties. You will maintain daily inventory, communicate with customers, and handle last-minute changes to ensure seamless attendee experiences.

Travel to events is required with a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and hospitality background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, business or related field.
• Minimum 1+ years in sports, travel and/or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; in particular Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel reservations for large events in the reservation system.
• Negotiate hotel contracts with properties per event specifics.
• Manage hotel inventory daily across markets for city-wide events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees at events.
• Assist in onsite needs, fulfillment and hospitality services.
