Job summary
On Location is seeking a Coordinator, Sports Experiences to manage hotel reservations for large events and coordinate travel logistics. You will negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and communicate with clients to ensure seamless experiences for teams and fans at marquee events.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field and 1+ years in sports, travel, or hospitality, with strong Excel and Outlook skills. Some travel may be involved in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sports management, business or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sports, travel or hospitality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees.
- Coordinate hotel contracts and negotiate based on event specifics.
- Create and distribute event-related communications with marketing.
- Build event and hotel profiles in the reservation system.
- Manage hotel inventory daily across markets for city-wide events.
- Support travelers with reservations and handle last-minute changes.
