Job summary

IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute events on and off campus, guiding day‑to‑day operations for events across multiple sports. You will coordinate external events with the Sales team, and internal events for Football, Basketball and Lacrosse, delivering timely production timelines and budgets.

The role reports to the Events Manager and requires strong organization, vendor coordination, and excellent communication to ensure safe, high‑quality

Job description

The Events Coordinator isresponsible for the planning and execution of events both on and off IMG Academy campus. The team of Event Coordinators guide the day-to-day operations of approximately 250 events annually. This position reports directly to the Events Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute externaleventscontractedby the Sales department, as well as internal events for the Sports departments,with a primary focus on Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse
• Prepare event production timelines, event maps, and event orders
• Develop event operations plansto include security, restrooms, ticketing, parking, etc.
• Procure all necessary supplies and equipment for events
• Assistwith marketing campaigns,including communication and promotions, partneringwith MarketingDept.as appropriate
• Assistthe department with overall execution,timelineand budget adherence for all events
• Coordinate and delegatetasks topart-time staffprior to andduringevents
• Oversee set up and breakdown of all events and home games, ensuring that safety standards areupheldand the vision of the event lead or client is realized
• Serve as the key point of contact foreach assignedevent which includes communication with vendors, associations, and internal stakeholders
• Develop andmaintainstrong relationships acrossIMG Academycampus, particularly in Sport, Sales,and Operations
• Research, develop and execute innovative experiences and entertainment elements for assigned events
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures andbusiness ethic codes
• Other duties as assigned
