Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking a Producer/Editor/Videographer to lead creative development, production, and post-production for content across its brands. You will work closely with the Sr. Art Director in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver broadcast-quality video for a worldwide audience.

Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and balancing creativity with business objectives. A portfolio showcasing wide video, editing, and producing work is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of videography, production, producing and editing experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a videography portfolio.
• Experience shooting with DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras in 4K+ formats.
• Strong understanding of content creation and management techniques.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
• Proven track record of collaborating with leaders across functions.
• Strong editorial timing and direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide videography, production, writing, and editing expertise from concept to completion.
• Manage internal and external relationships with departments, partners, and other producers.
• Translate marketing and sales needs into engaging video content for various formats.
• Research, concept, pitch, shoot and edit original social video content.
• Collaborate with Social & Content teams to drive views and engagement.
• Identify storylines and transform them into actionable tasks.
• Film in run-and-gun and studio settings with high-profile athletes/talent.
• Coordinate shoots for events, interviews, and in-arena footage.
• Ensure work meets high standards of creativity and brand alignment.
