TMRW Sports is seeking a Producer/Editor/Videographer to lead end-to-end video content across its brands. You will shoot, edit, and produce compelling stories with a focus on sports and athletes, working closely with the Creative team and business leaders.

Ideally you have 7+ years of experience, strong Adobe skills, and a portfolio showcasing 4K video, editorial timing, and dynamic storytelling. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment with travel and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of videography, production, producing and editing experience.
• Sports graphics design experience is required.
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and video workflows.
• Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras in 4K+ formats.
• Strong editorial timing and direction; able to work with leaders.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presenting concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide videography, production, writing, and editing from concept to completion.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, partners and editors.
• Translate marketing needs into engaging, impactful content.
• Research, pitch, shoot and edit social videos for diverse stories.
• Collaborate with Social & Content teams to boost views and engagement.
• Identify storylines and transform them into actionable items.
• Develop video content for direct-to-consumer formats.
• Film in run-and-gun and studio settings with athletes.
• Oversee shoots for events and in-arena footage.
• Ensure high creativity, innovation, and brand alignment.
• Available during competition hours; evenings/weekends/travel as needed.
