Job summary

Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston is seeking School Athletic Coaches for Corpus Christi Catholic School. This stipend-only position requires coaching/playing experience, strong communication, and a Christian example for student athletes.

Coaches will contribute to varsity and JV development and coordinate schedules for practices and games. Games begin late August with twice-weekly practices and travel for away games within the Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association.

Qualifications

• Coaching or playing experience is important.
• Knowledge of the game is needed.
• Excellent communication with players and parents.
• Must be a good Christian example for student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the school teams for the upcoming season.
• Organize practices twice a week and coordinate game schedules.
• Assist with travel arrangements for away games as needed.
