Temple University’s Division of Student Affairs seeks a Sports Club Coordinator to oversee the programs for campus clubs. This role coordinates all aspects of the Sports Club program, recruits and trains student staff, and helps develop policies and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
The position supports marketing efforts for clubs and collaborates with the department marketing team, with flexible shifts across early mornings to evenings and some weekends as needed.

The Sports Club Coordinator serves as a member of Campus Recreation and reports to the Assistant Director of Programs. Coordinates and manages all aspects of the Sports Club program in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Programs. The Sports Club Coordinator also recruits, hires, and trains student staff. Develops and applies policies and procedures as they relate to Sports Club, including documentation of processes and protocols. Additionally, this position assists in the general marketing of clubs and the entire sports club program in consideration with club officers and department marketing team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The Sports Club Coordinator must be able to work flexible shifts between 6am-11pm as well as weekends when needed.
