Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, service-oriented Sports Center Hospitality Associates to deliver an exceptional experience to members and guests. You will welcome guests, manage the Lifestyle Shop, coordinate reservations for golf simulators and saunas, support Quarry Café operations, and help maintain a clean, inviting Sports Center.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent member service.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Summary:

Looking for a fun, active role in a member-focused environment? Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly and service-oriented Sports Center Hospitality Associates to help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

In this role, you'll welcome members, assist with the Lifestyle Shop, coordinate golf simulator and sauna reservations, support Quarry Café operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Sports Center. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing outstanding service, we'd love to have you join our team.

Reports To: Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Services/ Sports Center Manager

Employment Status: Seasonal / Part-Time / Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Maintain a professional and member-focused demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
