WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Write, verify, and make payments on sports tickets in accordance with department policies and regulations.
• Maintain a cash bank for your shift, accepting payments and making correct change.
• Stock and keep all stations neat and clean.
• Troubleshoot errors at sportsbook kiosks.
• Write sports tickets accurately and promptly.
• Make payments and redemptions accurately and verify tickets and payoffs.
• Reconcile bank for your shift following cash-handling policies.
• Explain wagering rules, betting lines, and odds to guests.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests across all betting methods.
• Enter player tracker info and create new accounts.
• Complete Title 31 transactions accurately and timely.
• Report escalated issues and suspicious activity to management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Must be 21 or older.
• Minimum six months cash-handling experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective English communication skills.
• Previous experience in race and sportsbook preferred.
• Experience in a resort environment preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Knowledge of sports, proficient cash-handling, and basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
