Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Sous Chef-Sportsbar-Full Time at Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino to lead the culinary team in a high-volume sports bar environment. You will establish direction, train staff, and ensure menu quality and timely service under the Executive Chef.

You will oversee scheduling, ensure compliance with CET SOPs, and mentor team members while driving guest satisfaction and food safety standards on a fast-paced casino floor.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts program or apprenticeship is required.
• Experience must include room service, high-volume dining, steakhouse and Italian cuisines.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and be proficient with Word and Excel; AS/400 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train and select department staff.
• Under the Executive Chef, maintain consistency and quality across areas.
• Lead scheduling, budgeting, food quality and customer service goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
