Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Sports Bar General Manager to lead guest service and daily operations from the front of house to back office. You’ll coach and develop managers, guide frontline teams, and own the guest experience while maintaining fiscal discipline and smooth operations from tip-off to last call.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to drive performance in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to our Operations Partner, and lead location managers who report to you
• Own all in-house operations, ensuring service, hospitality, cleanliness, and team performance are consistently strong
• Coach, train, and support team members and managers to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service
• Oversee daily execution—monitoring flow during rushes, resolving issues quickly, and keeping priorities clear
• Support and maintain strong guest experience standards throughout the shift
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the bar stocked and operating efficiently
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and overall guest-ready presentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards
• Handle fiscal responsibility and help drive performance through smart, consistent management
