Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Metairie, LA is seeking a Sports Bar General Manager to lead daily operations, guest service, and team performance with energy and accountability.

• Report to Operations Partner and lead location managers.
• Own all in-house operations for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Coach, train, and support team members and managers.
• Oversee daily execution—monitoring flow during rushes, resolving issues quickly, and keeping priorities clear
• Maintain guest experience standards throughout the shift.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to keep the bar stocked and operating efficiently
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and overall guest-ready presentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards
• Handle fiscal responsibility and drive performance through smart, consistent management

How You’ll Lead

• Report to our Operations Partner, and lead location managers who report to you
