Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, handheld and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers.

• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and teamwork.

• Be accountable for personal development and growth opportunities.
• Handle omni-channel requests per Under Armour process and policy.
• Fulfill scheduled hours according to attendance policy.
