Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Sports and Signature Processing Specialist to support the authentication of autographed items submitted by customers. You will process submissions at in-office events, manage forms, and ensure secure handling and return of items by mail or pickup.

The role includes travel to events across the United States, assisting authenticators, and entering orders into the POS system.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitasks and manages multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with data entry integrity and timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Process submissions for authentication, both in-office and at events.

• Maintain and organize customer records.
• Ensure secure handling of customer's property.
• Travel to events, conventions, and trade shows across the U.S. to assist with on‑site authentication processes.
• Assist authenticators within the office, and event setups.
• Responsible for processing orders into the POS systems.

Parsippany, NJ, On-site, Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:15 am-5 pm

Whether it’s a Hall of Famer’s baseball, a Hollywood legend’s movie poster, or a rare historical document, every autograph has a tale to tell. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.

We’re looking for a Processing Specialist to join our JSA team in our Parsippany Office. The Processing Specialist at JSA supports the authentication process for autographed items submitted by customers. Responsibilities include assisting with item submission at both events and in-office settings, managing submission forms, and ensuring the proper handling and return of items either by mail or direct pickup.
